It can be another word for a USB memory stick or it can mean "short, yet vigorous and forceful" or "characterized by jabbing motion"
"Jabi," though, can be short for "Punjabi" and can be an ethnic slur used against persons of South Asian background. Or it can mean someone who is annoying.
I have never heard the word used before in any of these meanings.
Good find. I'll bet Mika picked it up as a girl, sitting around the dinner table with dear old dad. I'm sure the old boy had ethnic slurs for everyone.
