Tru dat. At the linked site, the state police showed what they categorized as a “snippet” of the video from one of the trooper's vehicle. So I hope we, at some point, see the whole video. And not just the video from one trooper's car, but that from both vehicles. And by "whole" I mean from the time each trooper arrived on site until things were completely resolved. (
In the “snippet”, the trooper on the left seemed (at least to me) to be highly jacked up while the other trooper seemed to be calm. At one point, while repeatedly telling the stranded motorists to get out of the water, that trooper reached down and “checked” his holstered service weapon.
That, unless it exonerates the trooper, you can forget about.
