Photos on the Facebook page of a group called Free All The Waco Bikers appears to show police snipers on an apartment building rooftop, across the street from a Harley-Davidson dealership that was a hosting a memorial service for one of the bikers shot and killed outside a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco on May 17.
This is the second time in less than a week that snipers have been posted outside a Texas Harley Davidson dealership after the Waco incident.
The most recent sniper sighting occurred at the fundraiser and celebration of life for Jesse Rodriquez, a decorated Vietnam vet who was known to fellow bikers as Mohawk, and frequently did charity rides with his wife. The fundraiser was held at Geuene Harley Davidson in New Braunfels, south of Austin.

Breitbart Texas used Google Maps to confirm that the apartment building shown in the photos is indeed directly across from the Harley dealership.
The second sniper incident was reported this past Saturday at Longhorn Harley Davidson in the southern Dallas suburb of Gran Prairie. CBSDFW.com reported that police positioned snipers outside the dealership during a motorcycle event. No incidents were reported.

Dunno. It’s why I’m waiting to pass judgement. I do find it interesting that they agreed to free people if the people agreed to not sue. I don’t think a contract signed under duress is binding.
It is amazing how many people can be murdered after the public at large has bee sufficiently convinced that those murdered are just "scum"
History is your friend, me thinks you have some studying to do ;)
Yup, the “agree not to sue” is usually a Hail Mary by the authorities when they messed up an know it.
Yes. We who are sitting at our devices can blithely wait to pass judgement. But, if I were sitting in jail after being rounded up in a mass arrest, having broken no law, I would hope that liberty lovers were raising hell on my behalf.
I want more facts.
I want videos.
Given the scope of the fight and the parties involved I was willing to give the police a little more leeway on this but it has been two weeks and all 170 of the arrested are still in jail. If they still haven’t figured out who belongs in custody and who needs to be released it is outrageous incompetence. Even worse it seems they have figured out many should be released but they are holding them hostage until they waive their rights to sue for false arrest. This thing stinks more and more with every new article.
I'll point out one difference between the bikers in Waco and the rioters in Baltimore - the bikers aren't going around looting random stores in Waco.
If there were snipers, it means there were undercover cops in the memorial crowd.
I could not imagined that there be BRIBERY involved in this fiasco.
if the cops know...or some judge knows that they were falsely arrested and is forcing them to waive their rights........in order to be released I;d say that this stinks to high heaven.
If the judges arent taken off the bench they should be!!
Incompetnace or shameful wrongdoing ...I dunno!
Hey Travis, quick question if you don’t mind regarding your photo.
The kill zone you have indicated on the photo, is that where all the dead were located or is that just one area among others that bodies were found?
On another Conservative Treehouse article, they talk about the “four missing bodies.” It seems that at most 5 were shot in the Kill Zone. More might have been killed behind them, downrange. The CT article delves into it more clearly.

Anybody interested in this atrocity should read ALL of the linked Conservative Treehouse articles, in order. Here is the first.

That’s the best photo they have of the alleged swat team?
That could be the three stooges for all we can tell from this photo.
Thanks for all the info, looks like I have some catching up to do....
I’d really like to see the ballistics when and IF they are ever made available, and hopefully not tampered with.
“or to openly spy on them.”
You can’t “spy” on someone in a public place. That’s just called “observing”.
I kinda said the same in my first comment. Source indicates that observers were spotted on adjacent rooftops st two different biker events after the shooting. Someone with a good camera could earn some rep and maybe some $$$. Wish I were closer.
Except for the drama and the conspiracy theories that began practically before the thing was over, there has not even yet been posted any informed accounting of how this event unfolded, from the law enforcement side of the story. (That I know of, ie.)
One would think the bikers were each and all just bearded brother Harry out for some local barbeque, and those nasty ole cops gangstered up on these furry, tattooed innocents. I want to see the whole story.
Gang bikers converging on any city is of interest to the community and the police, no matter how the bikers may have billed it as a balloons and barbeque reunion.
If they have video of bikers shooting at cops it would have already been released.
I honestly believe the police would send innocents to prison to cover for one of their own.
We will be told ‘its too complex’ for the layman to understand, or ‘the investigation is ongoing’.
All I know is I feel safe here in my state..Our police work for the citizens and they are some of the best trained officers in the country..Our governor is not a race baiter and neither are our police force..They just want to keep us safe..To bad we have to be a part of OBAMA WORLD..
Police are human and they make mistakes, do drugs, get drunk, do porn then go to work afterwards.
Politicians and even the media in the 9/11 aftermath raised the image of firefighters and police giving both of those groups more leverage with politicians of the two big parties who like to have police union endorsements, firefighter union endorsements etc. etc..
I’ve heard elected officials heap praise on the ‘first responders’ and so on courting another voting block just like they court the teachers vote and so on.
