Photos on the Facebook page of a group called Free All The Waco Bikers appears to show police snipers on an apartment building rooftop, across the street from a Harley-Davidson dealership that was a hosting a memorial service for one of the bikers shot and killed outside a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco on May 17.
This is the second time in less than a week that snipers have been posted outside a Texas Harley Davidson dealership after the Waco incident.
The most recent sniper sighting occurred at the fundraiser and celebration of life for Jesse Rodriquez, a decorated Vietnam vet who was known to fellow bikers as Mohawk, and frequently did charity rides with his wife. The fundraiser was held at Geuene Harley Davidson in New Braunfels, south of Austin.

Breitbart Texas used Google Maps to confirm that the apartment building shown in the photos is indeed directly across from the Harley dealership.
The second sniper incident was reported this past Saturday at Longhorn Harley Davidson in the southern Dallas suburb of Gran Prairie. CBSDFW.com reported that police positioned snipers outside the dealership during a motorcycle event. No incidents were reported.

Thank you for your honesty in saying you had not looked closely or deeply into this story.
No thanks for the strawman.
yes I wanted the truth out so people did not believe some of the stuff posted here about the WPD.
I did not know these have been posted but I do think people should read the truth..
I will stay off your thread from now on..
That is your choice. If you are related to a Waco LEO, can you find out where the three bodies that cannot be seen in available pictures were? Were they on the patio?
IIRC, four bodies in parking lot, one in the back, one died at the hospital. That's six, leaving three not accounted for by photos available.
This is of interest, because there is a concern that shots that may have been fired at a legit target missed and struck innocents who were not a legit target - not present doing something that threatened life and limb.
That you think that's "their" narrative only reveals how poorly informed you are. :^(
s police rounded up suspects and paramedics tended to the injured, investigators found eight bodies — three in the parking lot behind Twin Peaks, four near the front of the restaurant and one that had been dragged behind a nearby establishment, Swanton said. More than 100 weapons were confiscated as well, he said.
Another victim died at a hospital, where doctors treated patients for gunshots, stab wounds, blunt-force trauma or some combination of the three
This I had not seen. Is it in one of the Waco Trib articles?
PLD, many thanks for the info on what happened and what is going on.
Keep us posted, OK?
There’s a lot going on that only someone right close by can provide.
Don-o, here’s the link :
I think the import is that some of the bodies can not be seen in the parking lot where, supposedly the fighting was going on.
We need that with the word "homosexuals" on the side, through every school parking lot.
BULL NOT TRUE EITHER..Here is the truth..Houston attorney Paul C. Looney and Waco attorney Brittany Lannen each claim the other is responsible for rumors spreading like wildfire among the jailed bikers, their families and friends and on social media that the bikers were being told they needed to waive their rights to sue the city of Waco or McLennan County in exchange for bond reductions
She provided a statement from her Valley Mills firm, DLW Law, which said: This mythical waiver was brought to our attention by a post from Mr. Looney. No client of DLW Law has signed such a waiver, and no such waiver will ever be presented by DLW Law. We are unaware of any other defendants who have signed such a waiver. No one from this office has seen this waiver and has no knowledge as to who drafted it and whether it even exists
read the whole thing..

So ... either there are no comments, or they've been deleted. It's a story nearly two weeks old, NOT current.
Take it with a grain of salt, even if it does come from a "real" newspaper. I wouldn't care if it had a bunch of things I wanted to hear -- with those red flags (age, lack of comments) I would give it only limited weight for informative value.
Oh boy, now its fake offers of bail reducing if sign something promising not to sue for false arrest?
Again, am glad someones getting the word out....
IN FIGURING THAT OUT, linking to various stories, I noticed something pretty significant. The vast majority of "Readers Sound Off" and "Letters from Readers" offered by the Waco Trib, are believing of the LEO official story and apparently assume that most if not all of those arrested are criminal-type bikers.
It is in virtually OPPOSITE proportions to actual reader comments -- the VAST majority think the whole thing stinks, that the official police version lacks credibility, and that a whole lotta the 170 people present during the shooting and therefore in jail on million-dollar bail, have and had zilch, zero, null, to do with criminal aspects of biker gangs.
Which one reflects the truth of regular joes are really thinking -- the hand-picked letters selected by the editors at the Waco Trib, or the unfiltered posted comments of readers?
Says a whole lot about the bias of the Waco Trib and also what most REAL people on the ground there are thinking, as opposed to what the Waco Trib's editorial board wishes most people were thinking.
I think this is what happened:
meeting announced for regular bikers,
outlaws find out & plan to crash the meeting,
cops get wind of outlaws intentions,
things go sideways when the Cossacks and Bandidos start fighting
(fight could have been instigated by an undercover cop)
well thats good to hear.
Amazing double standards.
This is supposedly a conservative forum but many have the same ethos as the as the Ferguson and Baltimore riot supporters.
Feral is feral.
****************************************************************************************************
I agree....feral federal agents and their local feral police agency supporters are FERAL!
“Do you really want to be throwing in your lot with New Black Panthers, La Raza and other agent provocateurs?
Why do you want to be the flip side of the same coin?”
****************************************************************************************************
My God!! Have the government snipers started shooting down unarmed New Black Panther and La Raza members at restaurants? Where will it end?
/sarc
I think your theory makes sense, except I kinda think cops local, state, and Federal, were waiting there prepared to sniper-fire and take-out COSSACKS.
According to reports, only one of the 9 was a Bandido ... and even that's in question because the now-dead Purple Heart Marine Veteran J.D. Rodriguez apparently belonged to ZERO club (not to mention had zero criminal record in Texas), and whatever MC clubs he'd belonged to earlier in his life no longer existed.
So you supposedly have Cossacks and Bandidos shooting it out and the cops chiming in afterward ... and only ONE Bandido is among the nine dead? ALL the rest are Cossacks, except for shooting a guy who had zip to do with either club? I guess the Bandidos were remarkably different than the Cossacks in shooting skills and target size.
I think this is corruption on a pretty deep level, and I even think it might have been purely 100 percent instigated and caused by LEO, with total lack of regard or concern for innocent bystanders.
I meant to say using the LINKS in Travis’ posts as a starting point, not to mention links provided by others here, regardless of where they stand on the issue. The links lead to more links and for thinking people, more insight on the truth, even if they’re provided by folks who buy the LEO spiel.
