Photos on the Facebook page of a group called Free All The Waco Bikers appears to show police snipers on an apartment building rooftop, across the street from a Harley-Davidson dealership that was a hosting a memorial service for one of the bikers shot and killed outside a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco on May 17.
This is the second time in less than a week that snipers have been posted outside a Texas Harley Davidson dealership after the Waco incident.
The most recent sniper sighting occurred at the fundraiser and celebration of life for Jesse Rodriquez, a decorated Vietnam vet who was known to fellow bikers as Mohawk, and frequently did charity rides with his wife. The fundraiser was held at Geuene Harley Davidson in New Braunfels, south of Austin.

Breitbart Texas used Google Maps to confirm that the apartment building shown in the photos is indeed directly across from the Harley dealership.
The second sniper incident was reported this past Saturday at Longhorn Harley Davidson in the southern Dallas suburb of Gran Prairie. CBSDFW.com reported that police positioned snipers outside the dealership during a motorcycle event. No incidents were reported.

What conclusions did I jump to?
What are you saying did happen?
One of the events that formed my conscience was my rife-team coach in college who said “My Lai” was not justified. Lt. Calley should have been held accountable for his actions. That was not the popular “conservative” opinion of the time, but I took Sgt. Larry’s word over the words of the politicians, etc. because he had been in VN and knew the risks and trade offs and the rules, and his personal testimony was compelling. He had walked point. I took it very seriously and still do. One reason I do not like the term “bootlicker” applied to me is that I have read military bios and history since my teens and still do. I swore to protect and defend the Constitution, and would not pass on an illegal order to those under my command. My bookshelf testifies to the time I have devoted to understanding the military profession, under stress and duress, and the ethical challenges political higher-ups foist upon the consciences of those who merely want to serve their Country and Constitution.
Yes, you are accountable for attacking an innocent woman, who happens to be the mother of a cop, and just how is that different from being the mother of a non-affiliated biker, one must ask?
You can well and indeed make your point about your POLICE SNIPER MASSACRE without the unnecessary collateral damage to an innocent woman. Ethical combatants do indeed try with all means at their disposal, to limit civilian collateral damage [OK the Army anyway, the AF bombed quite a bit of stuff], and it is their sworn DUTY to do so. Even at the risk of their own lives, but not the ends of the overall mission or the lives of their subordinates. Your mission does not require what you did to this woman. Ethical combatants have to try to preserve historical artifacts as well as civilian lives and I am sure you have heard about the Geneva Convention.
Indeed, serving in Germany in the Army, I took some Air Force comrades to task. At least the Army bled on the ground, and did not bomb civilians from the air. You are not bombing a civilian woman from the air, but quite up close and personal. Shame on you Travis, and I say this from the depths of my military informed mind. You are better than this.
Frankly I am disappointed in your response. I thought better of you.
Servus.
Sorry, no. Gardening and cooking threads are not my thing. Just wanted your take on the unnecessary attack of a fellow poster. Guess I got it. Thanks.
Rita, on this one, American freedom lovers who want to know the truth have to do their own due diligence and use their own brains instead of relying on "real journalists" to do it for them. Travis McGee has many links, and within those are MORE links to blogs, local newspapers, and reader comments that tell as much if not more than the original source, which is Conservative Treehouse (Travis links it in a lot of posts).
The days of being spoon-fed "conservative" news are over, if they were ever there. To be informed, conservatives need to do their OWN digging and their OWN thinking. We each alone have to be our OWN journalists.
Places like Conservative Treehouse and blessings like Travis McGee (check out his posts in-forum and be willing to spend HOURS doing your own research because it's the ONLY to be truly informed) provide starting points and foundations. Take responsibility for your own level of being informed. I tell you right now, that if you think this was a matter of a bunch of dirty depraved bikers getting what they deserved, or even close, you are laboring under a conclusion arrived at out of pure lack of information.
What's even more pathetic is that a fellow conservative is so naïve and sheltered that he/she assigns this motivation to the reason so many Americans join benevolent, benign motorcycle clubs.
It's becoming apparent that you are much more likely the "agent provocateur" than Travis. Possibly you are just slow, stubborn, and determined to remain ignorant, but more likely you are more along the lines of what you accuse Travis of being.
This is how it looked in Aug 2013, when Google drove by:
Do you have to have your hand held everywhere you venture, or do you ever step out on your own? Do you only go to safe approved places that others have already scouted for you, or do you find new ones for yourself to enlarge your perspective?
Really ... either you are a very limited and timid individual, or you are duplicitous for reasons of your own. It seems to me that if you were really a truth-seeking American patriot, you'd have made an honest effort to get up to speed on a story this profound. Since you have so obviously avoided anything of the kind ... I can only conclude that you're either way dim or way deceitful.
You are not bombing a civilian woman from the air, but quite up close and personal. Shame on you Travis, and I say this from the depths of my military informed mind. You are better than this.
Holy cow, you are more of a ninny than even I imagined you were! You should really, really be ashamed of yourself, AMD, ashamed and embarrassed. Good grief.
“ashamed and embarrassed”
back to you
I have to apologize, I took you for one of the “they deserve what they got” posters. Reviewing your posts I see that you are not, at least you have not posted as much. Tell me what you make of the photos posted by Travis of the empty casing evidence cones.
And to be really nitpicky, you dangled your participle.
Will you cite the charges and Statute numbers of the offenses along with the arrest dates, please.
I admired your singing of Where Have All the Flowers Gone while you were in grade school.
You probably have more on your resume than that, and I can assure you, I do. Servus.
Study the French Revolution if you want to see how fast this line of thinking can head south.
U/Cs in the crowd was a given.
He/She is not the Lone Ranger on this. From reading the comments, I believe that people like us are in the minority. If you think this is bad, just wait until they get turned loose on the Tea Partiers and Second Amendment Advocates.
“you are more of a ninny than even I imagined you were”
Hmmm, not putting all this on you, but it has been stated that:
veteran bikers are good because they are veterans;
veteran cops are bad because they are cops, and no one cares to find out if they are veterans or not;
I am a veteran but I am a “ninny”.
Hmmmm, trying to ponder this all and connect the dots. Again, not attributing all the above to you, except the ninny bit.
