That is a plausible scenario. I have about 800 billable hours experience in precisely this sort of civil litigation. Hopefully this did not happen.

No idea if this is credible. One of the interesting things about the Waco Stench is the dearth of actual on the ground reporting being done.

The best by far coverage of the case has been here on the Conservative Treehouse, including photos, legal filings, etc. At the end of each article, the other Waco Massacre articles are linked. You can’t get up to speed on it anywhere else as well as here.
