Never underestimate the incompetence of Communists to do anything. If they thought they could win a war with the U.S., they would have already started it.

Why fight a war when the Chicoms can do to us what Reagan did to the USSR, sink our economy through control of our debt and an arms race. Couple this with America's apparent lack of will to defend itself or its allies, China will be able to dictate their desired outcome.
