When you take out “Because God says so” all Christian arguments fall apart.
That is not what the bible teaches, its not what Christians experience, and its not what atheists experience.
When we live apart from God's laws we inevitably create problems for ourselves and others. The laws God gave to everyone and especially to the descendants of Abraham were a gift to God's people. When we live outside of those laws we invite pain and suffering that could have been avoided and we do not experience the joy and happiness that God intends for us.
Not so. Not at all.
Christian arguments are not fideist. They do not rest solely on revealed truth in a vacuum. Christian arguments partake also of reason and natural law, neither of which requires divine authority to be credible.
