SIGH!~

~Too much information so in brackets.~ [I tried to turn this all over to the Lord today at Church, this Waco situation. Truly, I thought, this is taking too much of my time. I have had experiences previously, that when the Lord doesn’t take something off my back, I am not trying hard enough to turn it over to Him, OR . . . it is something I am still supposed to do. I try to pray each morning — Lord, help me to do Thy Holy Will. I have read that if one is truly trying to to the Lord’s Will, one probably is . . .

SO apparently, here I come again, despite my own desires!! Just saying. I guess for whatever reason, I am supposed to keep contributing to this forum. I truly, would rather not! I have had more than my fill of it.]

SO TO THE POINT!

I looked again at the fill-in-the-blank affidavit. I cannot tell from the source that all the 170 had the same exact charges. There was a reference to a 500 page document that I could not find. The records are not on-line, as they would be in my county. So although they are public record, if they are not on-line, someone has to go to the court house to determine the precise charges against each person arrested. There could have been more than one exemplar of fill-in-the-blank affidavits. Just do not know.

I think RICO will / should / could stick to those arrested who were wearing Cossack or Bandidos colors, despite no prior records? Similarly, closely associated clubs. Scimitars? Don’t know. They should / could have known their association to a criminal gang.

As to the independents, non-affiliated . . . probably more releases. Could their association with the confederation of clubs and independents, under the Bandidos, in itself constitute a RICO offense? Do not know.

However, the DA in an earlier interview, said he would consider reduced bonds, but people had to be forthcoming with their testimonies. Other charges? Obstructing an investigation? I do not and cannot know from here.

However, I hope and pray that any excesses on the part of (not the cops but the DA and judge etc.) would not undermine the very legitimate message that, lawful bikers should not ride with criminal bikers.

Just, I say, stop riding with or with the permission of the criminal bikers. We all salute the flag-waving legitimate bikers. BUT those who ride with or with the permission of the true criminals . . . are part of the problem, not of the solution. Knowingly or willingly or not (BUT they do indeed have reason to know), they are part of the problem not of the solution.

This is — too much information so in brackets [gut-wrenching, heart-rending].

Very much in Servus, of course.

Wrong. So wrong. If the authorities have evidence of a crime committed by anyone let them take it before a judge. Lying in wait behind a scoped rifle at one hundred yards or less is not the behavior I want to pay for when it is pointed at US. Like I have posted previously, if we are gonna start pulling triggers on folks who stand in the way of making our country better I can think of a much better place to begin than the parking lot of a titty bar and targets whose loss could benefit our country far more than a handful of petty criminal morons (apologies to petty criminal morons).
