These activists are so pissed off about perceived alleged police brutality, that they wish they didn’t have police at all????
Could it be that the criminal element, gangs, etc. know that they can act with impunity now, if they have no fear of police anymore????
If you were a Baltimore cop, how likely would you be, under the circumstances, to be “pro active” in any way, knowing that your police chief and mayor and DA will throw you under the bus if anyone claims racism or police brutality???

Note to the entrenched Democrat enclave of Baltimore, MD — black lives don't matter to Donkey politicians, but blacks keep voting for them expecting something to change. It won't and there's over 50 years of their governance to prove it. Now these black Donkey politicians have neutered the police you depended on to protect you. Now blacks are surprised they've become the stalking goat in the predator thug jungle. Not to worry, though. Just keep voting Democrat and something will improve, right? Yeah, sure it will cupcake.
