Apparently the hush money is going to some guy he was associated with back in the days of when he was a HS Wrestling Coach. I am betting it was some kind of sex with young boys.
My guess was it has to be either a dead girl or a live boy. Since the unnamed person with which he had “past misconduct” seems to be alive and well enough to receive the payments, that excludes the dead girl.
