No nations have had so much money, programs, and attempts to help the people help themselves for decades upon decades... yet they remain tribal minded by killing and violence on a constant.
I don’t believe those programs help urban Blacks help themselves. Frederick Douglass, paraphrased: If the Negro cannot stand on his own two feet, then let him fall.
The pathological urban underclass may need to be allowed to fall to rock bottom, just like some alcoholics and drug addicts, before they seek real help. If they seek that help, they will then turn their lives around.
