Florida GOP decided to be a “winner take all” state this time around. I agree - a least some of the contenders will choose to sit it out, depending on how Rubio and Bush are doing.

If that's the case, sitting out might also make sense. If Walker is doomed to 3rd, and Walker's votes would likely go disproportionately to Rubio over Bush, he might be wise to let Rubio win it, rather than Jeb.

Walker or Cruz wins-IA

Bush wins NH

Rand Paul or Cruz wins NV
Walker and Cruz compete in SC


It would be better to let Rubio take Florida and keep Jeb's win numbers low.
