So... does hiring people to engage in criminal activities disqualify ACORN from tax-exempt status? Where is Lois Learner?

Also... I would hope that ACORN did not break the law by failing to verify citizenship status, and that they withheld the appropriate taxes, as well as reporting these payments to the IRS.

Isn't that what they're supposed to do?
