It has always been the fear that a future administration would use a relatively good law (if used by good and moral men) would be mis-used and evil would result.

You mean like the Civil Right Laws and "affirmative action?"

Or do you mean un-written laws like "separation of church and state" which has been used to slowly instill Atheism as the CHURCH of the U. S. Government?

Or the War on Drugs, which allows no-knock entries into innocent peoples homes where people have been MURDERED by the police? Or the War on Drugs that allows confiscation of any cash and you have to PROVE that the money is NOT drug money!

We are way past the point of no return on so many laws and overstepping gestapo agencies that it is almost understandable why Perry couldn't name the agencies that need to be destroyed. I would say ALL OF THEM, and then if we still need them, let's slowly and PRECISELY implement them with every guard and restriction that we can!!!

agreed 100% ... 'cause if I said anything more than 100%, it would be an impossible number and I personally believe the method you propose is NOT impossible

Hell ... I posted in another thread that I would accept a military coup ... I believe we could survive one better than the rape that is happening now.
