Most of Europe is this way, one of he few things they have right.
They reduce frivolous lawsuits greatly so that the courts have more time for truly genuine cases to be heard.
And they don’t care about kickback careers to shyster lawyers.
Well, the outcome was excellent in this case. Do these laws do more good than harm? I don't know. They cut down on lawsuits. They also discourage access to the courts if you don't have deep pockets.

That’s a VERY good law. I suspect the article is being misleading in implying the law applies specifically to gun makers. I bet it’s just general, or at least applies to all product liability lawsuits.
Besides, why is she sympathizing with people whose case was so ridiculous they couldn’t convince 12 sheeple off the street to raid some company’s deep pockets? Don’t know the particulars of the case, but it must have been REALLY weak if they couldn’t win in the People’s Republik of Kolorado.
