I believe Twin Peaks released surveillance video as well that shows at least three bikers holding hand guns, most scattering for cover and one engaged in firing his weapon.
Hard to find a link to that video though so it may not have been released to the public.

Waitresses and other witnesses claim shooting started in parking lot and folks ran inside to get away from it including non patched bikers
Yet further down it claims bloodstained inside of restaurant
Video was released to media but they aren’t showing it
