There is nothing for YOU to "forgive" him over.
You are CHOOSING to hold an offense against him simply because you choose to be self righteous.
I don’t believe any of those children received any kind of counseling except to consult with church elders and send Josh out to work re-modeling houses with a family friend.
What you believe MEANS NOTHING. You weren't there. You don't know those involved. You know nothing.

The father claims to control the girl’s lives restricting what they wear, where they go, who they “court” etc. under the pretense of protecting them but then allows a predator who lives under his roof to live with them. Does that not bother you?
I don't know what happened in that house. If I were in Jim Bob's shoes, first thing that happens is I pick him up by his neck and carry him out back. And I don't mean for a game of cards or paddycake.

I’ll tell you what i would NOT do under those circumstances. I would not sign a television contract that would put my family on display for all the world to see. The father HAD to know this would come out eventually. He clearly chose money over protecting his family from this kind of scrutiny.

Well of course he did. He committed a crime. A crime is an offense against society and should be punished. Indeed we have a justice system that delivers judgement and punishment against these types of crimes. Ever serve on a jury?
When one commits a crime they have offended all of society. It is our duty to protect those that cannot speak for themselves nor protect themselves such as children.
I do know most of what happened as I have read the police reports, the family has also admitted it as has Josh. So I think I know enough.
You seem very emotional over this. In fact so emotional that you can’t seem to restrain yourself from personally attacking people here. Keep in mind, there are those commenting here who have been victims of this type of crime and are not acting as irrationally as you seem to be. Ponder that awhile.
