Thomas Massie is a U.S. congressman, engineer and former county judge executive. He is an anti-establishment Republican who won big in a primary with several GOP candidates and big in November to win election to Congress from Northern Kentucky in 2012. He is rated as the most Constitutional member of the U.S. House, according to the New American Freedom Index.

Phil Moffett is a liberty-oriented businessman who ran for governor in the 2011 GOP primary, but came up a bit short. He was elected to the state house in 2014 after easily defeating the former Louisville Republican Party chairwoman in the primary and his general election opponent.
