The term "gang bangers" is a pejorative most reserve for street gangs. Street gangs are off topic.
The Right to not be summarily gunned down by police even extends to people you might not like, for whatever reason, so long as they aren't committing a crime, and often, even if they are. It depends on the crime. We have rules about that stuff.
Now, if rights are only for some, they aren't rights, are they? Or are you proposing we start a tiered system of rights in this country? If 'Texas Gator' says you are okay, you can have the rights he says?
At the risk of being redundant, by "us all" I meant everyone who rides a motorcycle. I had made the statement that to most people we're all the same.

I don't have any firsthand knowledge of any wrongdoing. I am trying to sift evidence here and there, but I don't even know these people, yet you would have me sit in judgement of them on the basis of their clothing?
I'm an independent in more ways than one.
I reiterate, if we don't all have rights, none of us do.
We have the right to face our accuser.
We have the right to a presumption of innocence until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. We have the right to not be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. We have the right to defend ourselves and those around us who cannot defend themselves from serious bodily injury or death.
