The bloody incident at Wacos Twin Peaks restaurant was not a biker shootout. At present there is no evidence that any of the nine victims were killed by fellow bikers, rather than being taken out by the scores of police including snipers who had effectively turned the parking lot into a kill zone.
The Twin Peaks Massacre has prompted the predictable outpouring of state-centered outrage over the purported threat posed by Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs (OMCs). Buried beneath the blizzard of re-purposed official press releases is a critical disclosure made by former FBI undercover operative John Matthews: During the 1990s, as part of the FBIs PATCON (Patriot Conspiracy) operation, Matthews and his handler, Donald Jarrett, sold illegally converted full-auto machine guns to narcotics-dealing motorcycle gangs. (I first reported about this in early March.) This was done through one of the firearms stores later forced by the ATF into participating in the Fast & Furious gun-walking scandal, in which firearms of that kind were provided to operatives of Mexican criminal cartels.
As we talk of gun control over the years [of] how many cases of sporterized SKS, AK47s, and SKSs were sold to groups and case after case of ammo for them all with the blessings of the FBI & ATF with no paper work, Matthews wrote in a November 8, 2014 email (lightly edited here for spelling and grammar). Also lets not forget the AR15s, they were made full auto from the Lone Wolf gun store back in the 90s by a guy brought in by the FBI for me to put in place. Those guns went to bikers who were sell[ing] drugs on the border. Those drugs were [believed] to be coming in from China.
In March 2013 correspondence with Jarrett, Matthews referred to the David Mann, the dealer brought in by the FBI to broker the firearms transaction with the biker gang.
I [would] pick him up in Payson, AZ on our way up to Surplus & Stuff in Snowflake and met with a guy name[d] Tim, Matthews recalled in a March 28, 2013 email to Jarrett. He [would] show him his weapons that he was making and how he could make them anything they wanted. Then from there we took a trip up to where the guy [kept] the tractors that we were thinking the dope was coming in from.
The tractors were apparently being used as part of an international narcotics smuggling operation.
During the trip recalled by Matthews, he and David Mann met with another individual who ran the church and we [thought was] selling the drugs to the bikers. We were going to get David to sell weapons too [sic] them. This trip was where [I] got David in with this [sic] guys so I could move on. Does this sound right to you[?] Also have more info on him and [meetings] at gun store (Lone Wolf) and other places like Scottsdale, before we turn[ed] him loose.
Yes, that sounds absolutely correct about David, Jarrett replied the following day. I only introduced you to one guy that work[ed] with guns, and that was David.
On March 2 I sent a letter to the Justice Departments Office of Inspector General requesting an investigation of Matthews confirmed claims about the FBIs role in arming biker gangs. A week later I received an official reply that tacitly validated those claims while dismissing them as inconsequential: The Investigations Division of the Office of the Inspector General has thoroughly reviewed your allegations and concluded that the issues raised do not warrant an investigation by this office.
Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue, who has been investigating the death of his brother Kenneth in FBI custody following the 1995, following the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing, has been responsible for nearly all of the key disclosures regarding the PATCON program. This was an effort by the FBI to infiltrate so-called Radical Right groups with informants and provocateurs. In a telephone interview, Trentadue told me that he firmly believes that there is a connection between the PATCON-related FBI initiative to arm biker gangs, and the bloodshed in Waco over the weekend.
At the very least, were dealing with part of the legacy of PATCON, Trentadue declared.
PATCON wasnt the FBIs only means of infiltrating OMCs. In 2004, James Pagan Ronnie Howerton, a prominent member of the Pagans OMC and a convicted murderer, was recruited by the FBI. He eventually became the clubs sergeant-at-arms. Five years later, the Feds breathlessly announced that with the help of their undercover asset they had compiled a massive indictment against the Pagans as an interstate criminal conspiracy. That bloated indictment eventually deflated into a small number of relatively trivial charges against specific members of the club. The interstate criminal enterprise was reduced to the accusation that the Pagans had committed a federal offense by running a raffle.
The only notable violent crime arising from the federal investigation of the Pagans was the police murder of Iraq combat veteran Derek Hale, who was tasered a dozen times and then murdered, execution-style, by Lt. William Brown of the Wilmington, Delaware Police Department. Hale, who was killed in front of the wife and children of a friend from the club, had no criminal record, nor was he a criminal suspect. He died because the States officially licensed gang decided to wage an indiscriminate war on the motorcycle club to which he belonged which, in all probability, is what happened in Waco over the weekend.
I was annoyed to learn that the Hell’s Angels had to approve of my club’s patch.
Million dollar bonds for that many, REALLY?
Shame on anyone who thinks this murderous shooting spree bust was anything more than a chance to:
-Stifle Liberty
-Waco PD Fundraising via Forfeiture
-Gain new friendsvia Snitches
-Justification for SWATTERs practice on the payroll
Common Sense, people. Good God, it’s happening in front of our faces, and the meme is to blame the targets of an acceptable racial makeup.
Tell me again how many stores were burned and looted by the the Waco MC guys; lets compare that with the Baltimore or Ferguson crowds. They are being judged harsher than those engaging in the rampant ghetto chimp-outs.
And, weren’t paid or promised pay by Soros.
Our friend’s sister divorced a guy 2 years ago who is a Bandito, and was involved in the Waco shootout, and is now in jail on $1 million bail.
He is a low class doosh. He never worked but always had money. He could never account for his money.
It turns out his “job” is (”was”, really) to transport drugs from McAllen, TX to Midland, TX every other month or so. Apparently they take turns. He transported the drugs on his motorcycle, while wearing his biker colors.
Oh, and his 1 phone call from jail? It was to some acquaintance with the message to “clean his house”, meaning dispose of drugs and guns. He did not arrange for someone to look after his 2 boys home alone with no food.
That is unintentionally funny!
However, that is new news to my ear.
It is common knowledge that the biker gangs service the cartels. Thus, it is not a conflict over rocker patches; It is over who controls the territory and thus the profits.
Would anyone be surprised if the Feds wanted a cut of the action? I wouldn't.
Deaths of bikers in Waco, Texas shootout leave families reeling.
http://www.wsls.com/story/29122086/deaths-of-bikers-in-waco-texas-shootout-leave-families-reeling
-—Jacob Rhyne, who lived in Ranger, Texas, had only started riding with the Cossacks in the last six months and didn’t own a gun, Hughes said.
“I cannot see Jake going there if he knew there was going to be trouble,” she said. “Our kids were too important.”
She called the shooting an “ambush” of Cossacks. But investigators are still trying to sort out who killed whom.
Police say the gunfight was sparked by a brawl at a Twin Peaks sports bar that was hosting a meeting of biker group representatives. Members of the Bandidos, one of the nation’s largest biker gangs with a large presence in Texas, confronted members of the Cossacks, a smaller, regional gang. When some started shooting, officers returned fire, striking an undetermined number of bikers.
In addition to Rhyne, the others who died were identified by authorities as Richard Vincent Kirshner Jr., 47; Wayne Lee Campbell, 43; Daniel Raymond Boyett, 44; Charles Wayne Russell, 46; Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65; Richard Matthew Jordan II, 31; Manuel Issac Rodriguez, 40; and Matthew Mark Smith, 27.
Rodriguez’ son, Vincent Ramirez, 42, said his father was “in the wrong place at the wrong time.”
The Vietnam veteran was a retired tradesman from New Braunfels, Texas, who had seven children and 19 grandchildren, Ramirez said. Rodriguez was associated with Bandidos but was not an official “patched” member of the club, his son said.
In the patriot movement it is said that if there is a meeting of five members three are on the FBI payroll. Biker culture would be hard to penetrate but not impossible.
The reality is likely between planned ambush and a prayer meeting
My guess
Purely a guess
Is the SWAT guys were waiting and something triggered it and they shot and killed or would most of the targets rather than bikers doing each other
Especially the dropped where shot kills
I doubt they were all justified kills
I think the questions being asked here are legit and mimic my own which crept in after I first thought it was biker on biker
I hope I’m wrong in my hunch
The cops appear in cya mode and feeding the media just that
The charges are by and large ridiculous overcharges
If I’m wrong you and anyone else can rub my nose in it
You think the restaurant manager is a better choice to ask 2-300 bikers to leave than the company of various federal state and local LEOs surrounding the place?
I’ll answer for you
No you don’t
And I’ll go another step having had cops shut down an event on my own property...http://www.slamminandjammin.com/
They don’t need anyone’s permission
They could have cited public hazard and closed that event anytime
After what 6 prior events?
This episode stinks. And I did not feel this way initially. I figured Bandidos disciplined an errant club
But those questions in this article are reasonable
Now if you are like caaw and rhino and lapus etc and think it’s ok for law to kill outlaw bikers on principle then I don’t guess you care
I don’t know your answer to that but I hope you’re different
I look on these biker threads and see immediately that Freepers I know and respect have questions
And Freepers I don’t normally respect are high fiving over it..,not you btw
Is that coincidence ?
For those on older threads asking about Sgt. Swanton’s involvement with Mt. Carmel, here ‘tis:
“While in Special Operations Swanton was also involved in the aftermath at Mount Carmel and was awarded the Police Commendation bar along with his other teammates for their involvement.”
http://www.nicp.net/?page_id=45
“I look on these biker threads and see immediately that Freepers I know and respect have questions”
It is not the questions that bother me, it is the admiration of the OMGs that bugs me.
“But those questions in this article are reasonable”
Take a look at the first sentence (below after my comments). Even though we really have no idea of who shot who we have a statement implying that it was only the cops doing the shooting. The only information we have is actually counter to that statement.
One has to wonder. The Cossacks ‘invaded’ a gang meeting they had not been invited to. Eight Cossacks dead, one Bandido dead. I have been told here that the Cossacks are acutally a front for the FBI/DEA in there efforts to take down the Bandidos. WTF! If that were the case, there would be a bunch of Bandidos dead, not Cossacks.
Only two explanations can be made.
1. The Cossacks started firing and the police responded protecting the rest, or
2. The Bandidos started taking out the Cossacks before the police started firing.

The only thing I know about bike gangs is that I once did paternity tests on a Hell’s Angels gang when working at a lab in college. Difficult because of all the father son pairs.
But I too find something suspicious here. I hope we can get some eyewitness reports and full ballistics reports. The question is, what would have been the damages if the cops were not there? White lives matter as do black lives, but thug lives matter just a little less. Wish we knew which were which.
Pick up your phone Alex wants to talk.
Rockwell is insane why bother?
Obviously you too are insane
That ain’t no biker. Apparently you have never been caught in the cross fire of these ridiculous ‘gang’ wars. It can end up looking a lot like Chicago in the 30s. To try and suggest that these murderous, vile, drug running, thugs are going to be of help to anyone when trouble comes shows how ignorant some folks are
SWAT, state troopers and ATF just happened to have set up camp in a shopping center with sharp shooters (head shots) and gangs always settle their disputes at well advertised meetings in the middle of shopping centers in broad daylight. No. The citizens of Waco should be demanding answers for staging this 1) massacre and 2) with so many innocent people around. There had to have been an undercover cop to start the incident at the designated time and one or two more to verify there were no children in the restaurant or who might run out the door or drive through the parking lot. Mighty risky. Or are children collateral damage?
“Swanton seems committed to a version of events in which only four of the 22 police officers on scene discharged their weapons. He said yesterday that those four remained on duty.”

There are plenty of other links and pages at the various sites to better inform some of you, as to the kind of people that attend an organizational meeting, like the one that took place in Waco, at the Twin Peaks restaurant, and why they would all gather under one roof.
Some of you need to put your reading glasses on before you put your keyboards in gear, and some of you need to just plain shut the hell up.
The term "gang bangers" is a pejorative most reserve for street gangs. Street gangs are off topic.
The Right to not be summarily gunned down by police even extends to people you might not like, for whatever reason, so long as they aren't committing a crime, and often, even if they are. It depends on the crime. We have rules about that stuff.
Now, if rights are only for some, they aren't rights, are they? Or are you proposing we start a tiered system of rights in this country? If 'Texas Gator' says you are okay, you can have the rights he says?
At the risk of being redundant, by "us all" I meant everyone who rides a motorcycle. I had made the statement that to most people we're all the same.
That you, who supposedly know bikers, are even trying to pull that Alinsky crap on me, here of all places is Amazing.
To the the sheeple a biker is a biker is a biker and they learned all they "know" from teevee and the press and reading idiotic comments on the internet.
Now, which 'evil person' am I supposed to condemn?
I don't have any firsthand knowledge of any wrongdoing. I am trying to sift evidence here and there, but I don't even know these people, yet you would have me sit in judgement of them on the basis of their clothing?
I'm an independent in more ways than one.
I reiterate, if we don't all have rights, none of us do.
We have the right to face our accuser.
We have the right to a presumption of innocence until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. We have the right to not be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. We have the right to defend ourselves and those around us who cannot defend themselves from serious bodily injury or death.
Still with me?
Would you summarily deny those rights to anyone?
“MC” stands for “Motorcycle Club”. I thought you knew so much, but I think you just watched too much teevee.
