Even if you use the 5.4% unemployment number that has recently been touted by the liars in office, add to that this 40% which isn’t looking any more and you get 9%.
It’s a game of averages and liars.
If you go up to Philly or Baltimore....looking at innercity unemployment, it’s closer to 30-percent. But then you have to take into consideration that some of the guys are unemployed but pulling in a thousand a week off illicit drug sales.
