I have been saying that to kill a male Muslim above ten years of age is preemptive self-defense. Looks as though I may have to reevaluate the age rage.
Your comment takes me back. In the late 70’s (about 20 y/o), during a conversation about the middle east I remarked that the only way for them to be “normal” would be to kill them all down to about age 2 and start over retraining them to be civilized. Good times.

Looks to me like the ‘child’ carrying the severed head is a little girl. In past years suicide bombers worldwide have been increasingly female. Females in increasing numbers have left their former countries to join ISIS in recent months as well.
Maybe you should make a better effort to keep your bigotry in check.
