Actually it's not unheard of for gangs to hide their weapons on site and may account for why the Restaurant Owner would not cooperate and let the police inside....not to mention those found on bikes and in the parking lot .

999 and the other one was planted by the police. Anytime the police kill someone, they will find weapons and drugs on them. That is because they planted them on them. Why shouldn’t they find them?
