Is this not an incredibly enlightening look into the darkness of some FReeper minds?

Is this not an incredibly enlightening look into the darkness of some FReeper minds?

I've been reading through the comments on each and every thread related to this...and I'm beginning to think I'm about done here.

After all these years (and I've been here a few longer than the sign-up date associated with this present handle would suggest) those who value freedom are appearing outnumbered by those who willingly sacrifice others constitutional rights, like possibly the 4th, likely the 5th, & most assuredly, at least in instance of *some* of the individuals arrested, the 8th Amendment.

It remains to be seen how well the 6th Amendment will be respected by the prosecution, though this is one which seems regularly and increasingly trampled upon by government agents & agencies, also.

Time will tell how many other constitutional pillars will be sacrificed in course of this guilt by association game that lazy-azz LEO's are trying to get away with.

Not every biker there was a 1%'er type as LEO's are trying to first, define that, then make it out to be that all present there are all guilty of something --- what of, they don't know precisely and cannot SAY precisely other than being part of or associated with some form of criminal organization.

The District Attorneys need to make their cases quickly, file formal charges on those who they have evidence against, have those persons arraigned and given opportunity for speedy trial -- as the law demands.

Or else start releasing suspects. And give them back their bikes forthwith, too.
