This is like the “ISIS/ISIL” thing. I was driving in to work this morning, listening to the news. They had some Lurch audio droning on about something or other and it struck me - the only qualification one needs in the Øbozo regime to be SecState is the willingness to call it ISIL when everybody else on the planet is calling then ISIS. LOL
I read here on FR that ISIL is preferred because it implies Israel’s being wiped away and that peninsula being part of the Islamic State. No wonder Obama uses it.
