Of course Chelsea's turn could come sooner if Hillary were to die in office in her first term or be defeated for re-election (not likely with all the millions of illegals she would have enfranchised), or if the chosen Hispanic successor gets defeated.
Or there is always the chance that the Kennedy or Cuomo dynasties could manage to snag the nomination for one of their scions.
