It's all over the web. Hillary's choice for VP. Julian Castro is said to be the least qualified VP nominee in decades. But ethnicity trumps qualification especially with the considerable voting block that comprise Latino voters. Adding to that is the probability of Hillary legalizing 11 million Latinos towards becoming citizens and Juan Castro could be even less qualified than Zero, not ever even need having been a Community leader to make a difference.

Hillary’s VP will have zero significance if Hillary wins. Nobody shares the stage with Bill and Hillary.

Well, that's the trend that the Democratic party is going towards. It's not as if Obama was over qualified unless community organizing is qualification.

My guess...this is a trial balloon, sent out to the MSM in order to accomplish three goals, in no particular order: to establish the sense of inevitability for Hillary!’s nomination; to give Hillary! street cred with the Latino community; to see just how young and inexperienced a VP nominee can be and still be acceptable, given that there is a huge age gap between the Old Guard and the Young Turks, and essentially no one in their 40s-50s capable of being a Dem VP candidate.
