In a speech today in South Korea, Secretary of State John Kerry said that the Internet "needs rules to be able to flourish and work properly." This, according to Kerry, is necessary even for "a technology founded on freedom."
IOW, no more Mohammed cartoons, no more criticism of The One, or Cankles, or Castro, etc. Control of access by foreign gov'ts? That's none of your business, and prepare to be served.

An International organization will be able to zero any DNS entry they choose, according to THEIR criteria. And THEIR law.

The only way to get to a site that has been zero'd (I coined this term:) will be via IP address.
