They need to have more than his phone. They need warrants to have access to his computer records (searches, emails [including “deleted” ones], phone records). Will they get this information? I doubt it since they don’t seem very interested in looking into his recent “state of mind” at all>

Amtrak’s got at least 8 wrongful death suits that are going to brought, plus more for those injured, somebody, a lot of somebodys actually, are going to be going over this man’s life with a fine toothed comb along with all the other aspects of the derailment. Will we learn about it? That I don’t know. I imagine he may face criminal charges over this.
