Good question. I don't have the answers. We still are not sure what has happened to the loose nukes post USSR fall.
But, we have also tolerated Pakistan having them since the early 90's. Then again, India gets to worry about that more than US.

Will the House of Saud get overthrown before or after they get nukes? Who will take over? Will the Sauuuudis give a nuke or two to ISIS and let them nuke Iran. Could Israel facilitate that?
Sounds like somebody ought to make the movie....it might just turn into another “Wag the Dog”.
