...and by the way, those are NOT numbers to sneeze at and can easily turn many national elections. Blacks, after all, are only about twice this number - yet we pander like crazy to them and get NOTHING IN RETURN for it.
Oh, no! the GOP gets a lot for pandering to blacks. It depresses the white turnout by enough to cost them many elections.
