No. I think that means that if the gun misses, he is willing to admit that it is his fault. I know a lot of people who have sights that move randomly and barrels that wiggle a lot, but then settle down and behave when someone else shoots it.
LOL! See it was all the guns fault. Stupid guns. Now if I had a smart gun, every shot would be in the bulls eye. And it would pick up all the spent brass at the end of the session. Or is that an obedient gun?
