Why is your opinion that she’s “ugly” relevant at all? In what way is whatever her tattoos imply about her character (and I think you’re making some assumptions there, given how common tats have become) relevant to the story? I have no idea, because all you saw fit to mention is “ugly tattooed broad”.
I implied that her large, gaudy tattoo, and her obvious pride in it, is what’s ugly.
