Yeah I have noticed them starting to give up on Jeb and starting to push Rubio as a alternative RINO that will serve the same purpose.

I noticed the same thing. They seem genuinely surprised that Jebster is flaming out by running as a Democrat in an R jersey.

Rubio is Plan B for The Cheap Laboor Express. The RNC must deliver an amnesty candidate.
