what we see is that gays will hire other gays over qualified heteros just like blacks will bend over backwards to hire other unqualified blacks. They get away with it all the time....

I don't know if its the case with this Philly case.....love to know who hired him to be a train engineer....

Yup, but in fairness that sort of tribalism exists in hiring all over the place. I’ve worked in places that had “Hokie Mafias” (VA Tech grads hiring each other) “Delta Chi Mafias” (Fraternity network), former military managers who would only hire former military (on a couple occasions limited further to their own branch), and the like. With a LOT of examples of incompetence or bad behavior being overlooked if not actively covered up.
