was ready to post it.

The Gov growing as you say with the WOD is a natural side effect of the WOD.
On the flip side we can look at all the revenue CO. is taking in from the
taxes of Marijuana sales and can equally say that grows Government on a
higher scale by feeding the pig. It's a balancing act for certain to keep
our Government in check on their authority.

You can say the same about the oil boom in ND, or any industry that brings growth to a state.
