Earlier in the thread it was reported that the engine car had no damage other than the windshield was cracked.
Someone dropping something from an overhead pass and cracking the windshield COULD make the engineer hit the brakes.
Is there any incident that would trigger an automatic throwing of breaks without human intervention ?
Now they are saying it was going too fast.From survivors they are saying the train began to shudder and instead of going left it went strait and then right.They also said he hit the brakes.People have said it was airborne.
