In a sane world, Pamela Geller would not be considered a hero, because in a sane world, the act of hosting a drawing contest would not be a heroic act.

Sadly, we do not live in a sane world.

Technical what she did had nothing to do with a cartoon.

She merely exercise an American freedom in the face of the threat that she and those who participate with her would be murdered if they did.

In my book, that makes her a hero.

Either we have freedom of speech or we do not. There is no middle ground and there must not be an exception for muslim sensitivities.
