My sense is that some of Brady’s suspension is due to scheme and some (perhaps more) for failure to cooperate with investigation. 9m

Tom Brady has been suspended four games, and the Patriots will forfeit a first-round pick in 2016 and a fourth-round pick in 2017. New England was also hit with a $1 million fine.
