Blacks are not taught self-control, and they just act out the feeling of the moment. That's why there are so many fights, domestic dramas, babies born out of wedlock ‘cause if it feels good, do it, and government will pay the tab. They're uneducated by choice, gullible and easily led, if they think/believe in obozo’s BS that there's something in it for them. They'd better smarten up, because the hispanics/mexicans will surely pass them by on their way up. obozo has replaced them with swarming numbers of illegals at the border,’cause he only cares for their votes. Such is life under Saul Alinsky’s/obozo’s communist/socialist/marxist “rules for radicals.”

I think the Black community is ruining themselves for the reasons you cited. However, don’t think the Democratic Party can fully control the Hispanic community. We forget the Hispanics of Latin America are closely related to the Catholic Church, and some of the recent moral views of the Left are not well-accepted by the people of Catholic faith. And Hispanics are willing to work hard to advance themselves, hence the reason why East Los Angeles, Santa Fe Springs and other Hispanic enclaves in the Los Angeles area are starting to rapidly gentrify.
