A Mother's Day outing at a Georgia Red Lobster Restaurant turned violent when a family was attacked by another group of men entering the eatery, resulting in three people being hospitalized, according to wlox.com. The Columbus Police Department reported that as one family left the restaurant Sunday (May 10) at about 3 p.m., one man who was holding a 14-month-old child was jumped by members of the arriving group.

I was at Red Lobster with the wife yesterday. Lots of skrimps er shrimps were going down my gullet. Didn't see a riot though. Maybe it wasn't on the Mother's Day menu at my RL.

I’ve never heard of any other demographic that does so much of this stuff on a regular basis. I’ve never heard of a fight at a restaurant in my part of the country. Bar fights yes...restaurant brawls no.

I’ve already given a ride to black guy carrying a gas can along the highway whose car had run out of gas. I gave him a ride to the closest gas station and then back to his car. He was very thankful and invited me to a party. I’m not a party guy, so I declined. I’ll help anybody if I think they won’t cause me harm.

Oh Lord yes. The stories I could tell. When they aren’t heaving themselves onto the casket in grief, they are throwing punches.
If you read about a baby dying in the obits, there is going to be a fight at the funeral home. Get there early to get a good seat.
