Not everybody who gets in trouble with the cops or has their children taken away is a victim of unjustified government meddling.
The headings from the article:
1. Homeschooling is legal
2. The CPS Complaint
3. Living Conditions
4. This was not their first contact with CPS
5. Possible identification abuse
6. Previous run-ins with the law
7. The audio recordings
If these are correct, esp. #3 and #4, why was there no warrant?
The KY Constitution says, in part:
Section 10So, given that the children are people, and were seized, the government needs a warrant describing them, no?
The people shall be secure in their persons, houses, papers and possessions, from unreasonable search and seizure; and no warrant shall issue to search any place, or seize any person or thing, without describing them as nearly as may be, nor without probable cause supported by oath or affirmation.

I didn’t see one thing in that link that even comes close to justifying the kidnapping of their children. There were several things there that go a long way towards their defense.
