Great message, wrong target. It’s not Geller who needs to take that advice to heart, it’s the Islamic fascists who keep trying to kill people who offend them for any reason.
IIRC, the ACLU defended the KKK’s right to march in the heavily (almost exclusively) Jewish town of Skokie, IL (late 80’s/early 90’s). I’m not sure this is too different from a First Amendment perspective. Same argument that WaPo and others love can be made for the ever-popular (on the left) America flag stomping.

Did Parker condemn Charlie Hebdo for running their cartoons?
I just looked at the article, and Parker does have a little mild criticism of Charlie Hebdo, but nothing like her harsh denunciation of Geller.
This is very simple. The left tolerates Muslims because they are one component of the conglomerate of useful idiots that are trying to destroy America as a republic. It has nothing to do with free speech.
Diversity and tolerance are just code words that mean patriots aren’t allowed to interfere with the left’s shepherding of people who want to destroy our country. Their message is, “sit back and watch your birthright be eaten away by termites, or else!”
Muslims, just like all the other groups of useful idiots the left is using to destroy the republic, will be tossed aside when they are no longer needed.
Whether we agree or not we cannot compromise or let people like Parker tell us what the limitations are on our First Amendment Rights. Another step down the road to Censorship.
