The Bill as it is written cedes treaty authority of the US Senate in a convoluted manner. Usually for treaties, the US Senate will pass or not pass a treaty. The President doesn’t have a say in the process of passing or not passing it. The President can have negotiations with the Senate but the authority for approval or disapproval of a treaty always lies within the Senate as stated in the Constitution and it requires 2/3’s to approve/ratify a treaty.

What McConnell has done is to take this evaluation of a treaty and change the rules on how it is voted on and the process of making it law. Rather than the Senate having the final say over this treaty, McConnell has made it so that Obama will have the final say and if he doesn’t like the Iran resolution passed by the Senate and sent to him, then he can VETO it.

The relevant portion of the Constitution is Art II, Sec 2, Para 2:

He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
Now, given this wording this flipping/ceding you're saying is a de facto amendment to the Constitution: nowhere does it say that a Treaty can be made [entered into] w/o the 2/3rds of Senators present concurring. — Now Obama could wait until Congress was out of session and then get one Senator to stay behind to consent and thereby fulfill the letter of the Constitution, but what you are saying is flat-out ignoring the Constitution.

Yes, you have it. They are doing whatever they want. As Mark Levin remarks, “The reality is we are living in a Post-Constitutional world”.

And McConnell is the designer of all this con game. There are people that control McConnell, I am sure of it. It would take an insider to reveal who these people are.

I hope the Mossad nails McConnell to the wall. McConnell was just implicated in the Obamacare exemption fraud that was just exposed today. It may not be a coincidence. The Israelis are scared to death; they are certain this deal results in Iran with nuclear weapons.

Here’s the Obamacare fraud link that implicates McConnell:

Read it. It’s not long.

I think we will see some real hard ball played out very soon.
