I do not think a three hour warning is so bad. It is much better than the warning that FDR gave to Pearl Harbor.

Plus, they included particulars, with a picture and license plate. That is pretty good information.

Maybe they should be congratulated instead of dismissed and despised. Maybe the warning went out in spite of President Obama.
