How is this relevant to anything? He was a drug dealer - we’ve known that for a long time. He may well have ditched some drugs or other evidence in the building. The cops didn’t search for or find anything there, though, so that had nothing to do with his arrest. Nor did it have anything to do with the biggest question in this case - how did he die in custody?

Have the cops sent drug-sniffing dogs into that building yet? I doubt Freddie was carrying a gun since he also had a knife on him.

Baltimore police have continually said their initial reasoning for suspecting Freddie Gray of suspicious activity was his immediate running from police

Does the above meet the threshold of "probable cause" for a known drug felon on parole? I suspect it does.
