Yep, problem is we're not 'investing' enough in the lowlife community...

Oh well...that explains all the adult illiteracy there.....from Cong Cummings, the Prosecutor, her councilman hubby, the Mayor, the Chief of Police...... who all blamed the cops for the looting and burning.....

You racists should try to understand poverty.....and unless Baltimore minorities are given brand new Cadillacs, govt credit cards, free liquor and meals at top restaurants......nothing will change.
