They should have referees. They they could check the ball before putting it into play. Apparently the NFL doesn’t have any. /crybabies

C’mon! This is the NFL to its logical professional wrestling conclusion.

You really think your comparison's are fair? IOW, are there degree's to ‘cheating’?
Does it tell you anything that the NFL proceeded to OVERinflate the balls after discovering them to be underinflated? Why isn't there a report about the NFL breaking their own rules?
Have you EVER cheated on anything EVER in life?
Can I hang around with you so some of your perfection can rub off on me?

Deflating balls below NFL mandated minimums, repeatedly
Videotaping other teams practices from 2002-2007
Using a snowplow to clear a patch before a game-winning field goal attempt
The Tuck Rule wasn't at the Patriots behest (probably), but it certainly was a shocking and unseemly way to beat Oakland and get to the Super Bowl.

The Patriots cannot win on their own, and need multiple assists that bend to rules to gain their success. Imagine the number of cheats that we haven't found out about yet. Drugs? Drug testing cheats? Illegal payments to players so that the salary cap isn't violated? (Numerous Pats players took pay cuts over the years "to stay on a winning team", most notably Brady and Mankins and Amendola and Mayo and lower roster players like backup Danny Zolak. Maybe they really didn't, but the Pats still got to stack the roster.)

Ah, The Patriot Way.

3 months after the Superbowl, which he won?

I doubt Tom Brady is too concerned

This is why these guys get paid the big bucks - they are the diversion. This is the circus.

Jon Corzine is still breathing free air. He’s about to launch a hedge fund.

No, there won’t be a libel lawsuit. Tom Brady refused to turn over his own text messages that could have assisted the investigation. I doubt he wants to open this up any more than it already is.

People have been cheating at sports, particularly team sports, since they were invented. Relax. This isn’t a sign of the decline of America. Sheeesh

How many rushing yards did the Patriots have vs. Indy?

Always remember the pro sports motto: “Our druggie felons are better jocks than your druggie felons.”

Yep! I think so! If he went along they would probably just fine the Pats.

Kraft is a big Obama supporter. If Obama is behind this then why would they penalize him?

A disaster for Tom Brady? No, not in the least.

<><><><>

Hard to be a disaster given that he is still married to Gisele, she being worth over 300 mil and he being worth over 100 mil himself.

He has at most a few more years as a player, and then off he goes into retirement at 40.

“Tom Brady refused to turn over his own text messages that could have assisted the investigation.”

There could be a lot of reasons why he would not, even if that’s true, that would have nothing to do with the issue.

What they lack in this investigation (if you want to call it that) is a preponderance of evidence. An increase of communication between three “suspects”... What a laugh.

I’d love to see an anonymous survey of all current and former NFL QBs to see how many did the same thing. Not by way of excuse but I’ve heard Brady speak and he clearly didn’t dream up this trick.
