This event was an exercise of free speech, and set up to HONOR the victims of the Charlie Hebdo attack by doing the same think that they died for doing.

If you can't grasp that, the 'intellect' you've overestimated is obviously your own.

If that were true, then you should share that with Hollywood and all the liberals that attack Christianity and Judaism on a daily basis.
Until now, drawing cartoons making fun of a religion was considered satire, not an attack that invites a violent response.

Islam is not a religion.
Islam is a sociopolitical form of governance masquerading as a religion.
It spells out what your governance should be, it spells out who you can speak to, be friends with, it also says to kill those who don’t believe as you do.

It is unfortunate that were so summarily exterminated. I would have enjoyed an extended discussion in which you would have had the opportunity to explain why tolerating the death cult and observing it as a religion is fair or productive.

As I saw posted elsewhere today, sometimes you know the reaction to an act is going to be dangerous but you have to do it. MLK went to Selma and knew what was going to happen and rightfully did it anyway. If having an art show that critiques islam should be stopped because they might get mad then perhaps Christians, Jews, and Hindu’s should become as violent muslims so as to instill the moral and physical cowardice islam does in their detractors.

Islam has to grow up and stop it’s violence or it must end up in the dust bin of history with all the other death cults. This one event has shown many so-called conservatives for the moral and physical cowards they are.
Appeasement only gets you shame and war and if this continues we shall have both in abundance in the West.
